Terms of Service

Last updated 1 August 2026

1. Who we are

Launch My Own App ("Launch My Own App", "we", "us", "our") provides a paid one-to-one setup call and related support to help you create and publish a subscription mobile app to the Apple App Store under your own developer account. By purchasing from us or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

Questions about these terms: support@launchmyownapp.com.

2. What you are buying

Your $20 payment reserves one private Build Call with an app specialist. On that call we work with you to select an app concept, help you set up the tools required to build it, build a working version of the app with you, and apply our listing setup process (which we call Demand Match) to it.

You are buying a service and the specialist's time. You are not buying a guaranteed outcome, a guaranteed App Store approval, a guaranteed ranking, or a guaranteed level of income.

Any optional add-on offered at checkout (for example priority scheduling) is additional and is described at the point of purchase.

3. Ongoing costs you are responsible for

Your $20 covers the setup call only. It does not cover the cost of running your app.

Running a live subscription app requires, at a minimum: an app infrastructure and payments platform (approximately $40 per month) and Apple's Developer Program membership (currently $99 per year, approximately $8 per month). Together this is approximately $48 per month, paid by you, directly to those providers. These are third-party prices and may change without notice.

If you stop paying these costs, your app will stop working and may be removed from the App Store. We are not responsible for those consequences.

4. Ownership of your app

You own your app. It is published under your name and your Apple developer account, and subscription revenue is paid by Apple to you. We claim no ownership of your app, your app's content, your subscriber relationships or your revenue.

We retain ownership of our own methods, materials, templates, keyword research and training content. You may use them for your own app. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them.

5. The optional 7% arrangement

If and only if your app reaches $5,000 in gross monthly revenue, we may offer you a separate, optional agreement under which we continue to grow your app in exchange for 7% of your app's revenue. This is a revenue share, not equity, and it does not give us any ownership of or control over your app or your business.

You are free to decline. Declining does not affect anything you have already received, and you keep your app either way. No such arrangement exists unless and until you sign a separate written agreement.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to: attend your scheduled call or reschedule it; provide accurate information; hold and maintain your own Apple Developer Program membership; comply with Apple's guidelines and all laws that apply to your app; and be solely responsible for your app's content, its claims, its privacy practices, and any tax you owe on your earnings.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

7. Availability and scheduling

Build Calls are limited by specialist availability. Your $20 holds your place and does not expire. If you miss your call you may reschedule at no extra cost. If we need to reschedule, we will offer you the next available time.

8. No income guarantee

We make no representation or guarantee that you will earn any particular amount, or any amount at all. Results shown in our marketing are examples from specific members and are not typical. Your results depend on factors outside our control. Please read our full earnings disclaimer on the home page.

Nothing we provide is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

9. Third parties

Apple controls the App Store and reviews every submission at its sole discretion. We cannot guarantee approval, ranking, visibility or continued availability of any app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. Third-party tools and platforms are governed by their own terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.

11. Acceptable use

We may decline to work with you, or end our involvement, if you are abusive to our staff, attempt to resell our materials, provide false information, or ask us to build something unlawful or in breach of Apple's guidelines. Where we end our involvement for these reasons we may refuse a refund.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

13. Refunds

Our refund commitments, including the guarantee that you receive your $20 back plus $20 if we do not deliver a working app on your call, are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
